Yes. Our feeder insects are supplied live and are carefully maintained before dispatch.

What animals are they suitable for?
Depending on the feeder, they may be suitable for jumping spiders, other arachnids, mantises, reptiles, amphibians and other small insectivores. Please check the individual product description before feeding.

How should I store my feeders?

When do you dispatch live food?
Orders containing live insects are dispatched with weather conditions and safe transit times in mind. Dispatch may occasionally be delayed if conditions could put the insects at risk.

Will all insects arrive alive?
We carefully prepare and package live food for transport, but live insects can occasionally be affected by circumstances during delivery. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I do when my order arrives?
Open the outer packaging promptly and check your feeders. Follow the relevant Care Guide before feeding or storing the culture.
