These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Spider Food UK.
Products
Spider Food UK supplies live feeder insects and cultures intended primarily as food or breeding stock for insectivorous animals. Live insects are biological products and natural variation in size, appearance, development and colony activity may occur.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. The exact number, size or developmental stage supplied will be as stated in the individual product description.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to receive and appropriately care for the live products ordered.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or circumstances make safe dispatch of live products inappropriate. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Live Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the species ordered is suitable for the animal for which it is intended and for providing appropriate storage and care after delivery.
Instructions and care information provided by Spider Food UK should be followed where applicable.
Delivery
Live products are dispatched using suitable packaging and delivery methods. Dispatch may occasionally be postponed where weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances could create an unreasonable risk to live insects during transport.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and correct.
Problems with an Order
Please inspect live products promptly after delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at spiderfooduk@gmail.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or video showing the product and packaging.
Returns, refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms displayed on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
